Certified Partners Section

This highest level of partner within RyanTech is very much like our relationship with Microsoft. 

Our Certified Partners have proven ability not only in our own technology but also in the process of customer support, our Agile Development Process and the most important part; Customer Satisfaction.

At RyanTech we take it seriously when we Certify an entity as being able to serve the dealer's needs.  Our process generally follows the steps below:

1. Confirmation of business existence
2. Confirmation of historical reputation that is positive
3. Minimum of 3 references from dealers
4. Capability of downloading our API Toolkit and Source Code and the ability to work with it
5. Confirmation of at least 2 API connections with 2 different DMS Systems.

You can be rest assured that our Certified Partners actually went through a process of certification. 

For potential partners, this process takes about 72 hours at most.
